By creating an account or using SalesBadger (the website, Chrome extension, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SalesBadger is an AI-powered Chrome extension designed for automotive sales professionals. The extension helps car salespeople streamline their daily workflow by providing tools for customer follow-ups, message templates, AI-assisted message remixing, and sales activity tracking. SalesBadger currently integrates with VinSolutions, with support for additional CRM platforms coming soon.
You must create an account to use SalesBadger. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SalesBadger offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period ends, you may subscribe to the Pro plan, which is billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge to request a review.
You agree to use SalesBadger in compliance with all applicable laws and your organization's policies. You may not:
SalesBadger uses artificial intelligence to generate message drafts, remix existing messages, suggest follow-up content, and provide sales-related recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to customers or using it in professional communications. SalesBadger is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content.
SalesBadger and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SalesBadger and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the service, such as custom templates and saved messages. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to deliver the product.
Your privacy is important to us. SalesBadger does not store any of your leads or customer information on our servers. The extension operates within your browser to assist you with your existing CRM workflow. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to use SalesBadger in connection with your CRM platform and that your use complies with your dealership's policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesBadger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost sales, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. CRM integrations may be affected if the CRM provider changes their platform, and we do not guarantee continuous compatibility.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the product. Your continued use of SalesBadger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
